A seasoned agricultural economist and development consultant with a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Management and over a decade delivering research, advisory, and value-chain programmes across nine African countries. He has led 30+ competitively awarded assignments for FAO, AfDB, GEF, SNV, GAIN, AGRA, and Food for the Hungry, and authored 30+ peer-reviewed publications and six book chapters.

A qualified lawyer and company secretary with nine years in corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, and contract negotiation. He holds an LLB (Hons) and an MBA, and is pursuing a PhD in Development Finance. He safeguards institutional integrity across every engagement.

A software and data-systems engineer who designs, deploys, and maintains production software, dashboards, and data-integration pipelines across finance, HR, agriculture, and health. He builds AI-powered decision-support systems, with expertise spanning backend development, APIs, databases, and analytics.

David Madanhi

Head of Business Development & Partnerships

A rural-development practitioner with over ten years in business development, value-chain development, and partnership building. At Zimbabwe's Ministry of Agriculture he contributed to the delivery of large, multi-year donor-funded programmes, including major FAO- and IFAD-supported initiatives. He holds master's degrees from New Zealand and the Netherlands.
